Elizabeth Gordon (1866 - 1922) was a children's book author and poet.
M. T. "Penny" Ross (1881 - 1937) was an illustrator and comic artist. He was one of Walt Disney's first co-workers, and created the "Mamma's Angel Child" syndicated comic strip and co-created "Buster Brown". In the 1920s he worked for RKO pictures as a set designer.
