Aurora is La Bella Durmiente/Sleeping Beauty

The earliest known version of Sleeping Beauty dates to the 14th century, but the version we know best was first published in 1697 by French author Charles Perrault, credited with creating the fairy tale, followed by the Brothers Grimm. In the early stories, Sleeping Beauty is cursed to sleep for a hundred years until her prince kisses her awake, but the good fairy watching out for her puts the entire castle to sleep so that she's not alone when she awakens.

Aurora, La Bella Durmiente/Sleeping Beauty, is the third princess in Disney's Princess Line.
