My favorite Parent's Magazine book! The text gives us Christopher's short, unpunctuated view of the parade as it marches by, and still to come are an airplane, a pirate chip, and cowboys on horseback. All of it rendered in big, bold, blown-up 1970s-era color and graphics. Immediate impression is of the cover of The Beatles's Yellow Submarine album, released a few years earlier, in 1969.
Illustrator Richard Hefter (1941 - 2011) was the creator of Stickybear and the illustrator for the Sweet Pickles series.

Condition*: Very Good. Lacks dust jacket, as issued. Illustrated cover boards: Lightly scuffed and small yellow-ish stain on front; two surface scratches on back; light soiling from handling, front and back. Inside: Wrinkling on the front pastedown else pages are clean, undamaged, and complete.
