It's July 4th and Olivia is highly indignant at learning that the summer's fireworks will not be a accompanied by a band. No band?! "We'll be the band!" Alas, her family and the family pets ignore the "we" part. Undaunted, she decides to form a one-piglet band. But after her efforts at assembling a band uniform out of her Dad's suspenders and boxers, and band instruments out of pots and pans, she loses interest. All's well that ends with a fireworks display. And fantasies of being on the Supreme Court.
