Robert Sabuda (1965 - ) is a renowned American artist and paper engineer who specializes in creating children's pop-up books. He developed an interest in paper engineering as a child, inspired by a pop-up version of Cinderella illustrated by Vojtěch Kubašta. His first pop-up book, The Christmas Alphabet, was published in 1994 and received critical acclaim. Since then, he has created The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, and Encyclopedia Prehistorica. He is widely regarded as one of the most innovative and talented paper engineers in the world, with The New York Times calling him "indisputably the king of pop-ups". He collaborates frequently with Matthew Reinhart, another pop-up book artist.

Condition: Very Good. Lacks dust jacket, as issued. Illustrated cover boards: Light shelf wear; small indentation on the spine. Pop-up mechanics are intact and working. Light edge tanning along edges, very light soiling on the "A" pop-up box, small light pencil mark on the "B" pop-up box, else pages are clean, undamaged, and complete.
